Tatianna Martinez was born and raised in Fairbanks Alaska. She plays varsity soccer and basketball for Monroe Catholic High School.   Julio Martinez taught Tatianna’s father, brother, sister, and Tatianna how to carve in ice.  Tatianna found ice carving fun from the moment she began. The first year competing in Youth Classic, Tatianna teamed up with her brother and they placed fourth. This second year she is looking forward to fun with a new teammate.
