Brian was introduced to ice sculpting at 15 years old with a six- prong chipper. A chef by trade, he carves ice whenever the opportunity presents itself and he's been carving for the past 40 years.

In 2010 he opened All Cool Ice & Catering. Focusing on high quality catering and ice Sculpture. 

Brian is a seasoned Ice Sculptor, having carved in many competitions, demonstrations and experienced in various styles, setups and displays.

2019 will be his 5^thyear carving at Cripple Creek Colorado. A 600 block installation.

In 2017 he competed in the single block competition at Ice Alaska. (Chained Evolution) and was awarded both 8th Place and People Choice Award.
