Mike lives in North Pole, Alaska.  He is Eskimo, Norwegian and Black Foot and likes working with his hands. He enjoys making things for his relatives out of baleen and ivory. With his Uncle Fred he has made a Birch Bark canoe. His Mom was born in a Nome gold mine.
