Carol is an elementry art teacher in Anchorage, Alaska.  She enjoys sharing the beauty and  large scale of ice with her students.

Carol has participated in various ice sculpting events since the 1990s in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Soldotna. She appreciates the opportunities to sculpt the "Arctic Diamond" mainly because of its blue sheen and transparent qualities.
