KHABAROVSK, RUSSIA Sergei studied and now teaches Fine Art at Khabarovsk State University. He is a painter, sculptor, designer of seals and flags. His non-profit "Ice imagination" supports local artists. Since Sergei began ice-sculpting in 1989, he has won eight gold, 12 silver, and three bronze medals. He competed in the last two Olympic Arts Festivals. He has participated in Ice Alaska for eleven years.
