Jerry works with The Ice Farm in Auburn New York. The Ice Farm Members are award winning carvers, competing on the National Level and in 2010 traveled to Harbin China, where they one first place.

Jerry was selected as the New York Chef of the Year 2000. He has carved ice for the past 20 years.
