Kim Phuong has been sculpting ice for over 30 years and is renowned to be one of the great ice masters of his time.  He has passed his knowledge of art to his son, David Fong, at a young age.  Kim has won numerous culinary and ice sculpting awards.  

Kim is the owner operator of  "Ice Illusions" in Philadelphia, PA.  David often partners with his father to provide artwork for the world to enjoy.
