Roberta Spiers was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska.  Roberta is a graduate of West Valley High School and a current pre-nursing student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.  Roberta has always had an interest in ice sculpting and is giving it her first try this year.
