San Martino de Castrozza, Italy 2008; 2009 ice awards: Second - Harbin International, China; first - Blue Ice Art, Pello, Finland; first - Rovaniemi, Finland; 2nd prize multi-block Ice Alaska Art Meets Ice Helsinki, four-hour competition second ; and seven-hour contest third. Last year, Tsagaan also won first prize in Jaalinna, Finland.
