HARBIN, CHINA Chun He Zhang has sculpted ice for 24 years. He has participated in numerous national competitions and has been awarded many prizes. From 1991 to 1997, he competed in ice sculpting in many countries including Hong Kong, Holland, and Spain. In January of this year, Mr. Zhang won first place at the Anchorage Crystal Gallery of Ice competition.
