Mark is a chef instructor at the California Culinary Academy and resides in Truckee, California near beautiful Lake Tahoe. He has competed in eight World Ice Art Championships and led teams to win three bronze and one silver medal. In January of 2007 hecompeted in Harbin, China and Ottawa, Canada.
