Representing: Philippines
Victor currently lives in Marietta, Georgia. He works at The Ritz Carlton Buckhead as a Culinary Artist and Ice Carver at ICE Sculpture Unlimited, in Atlanta.
His many awards include: Gold and Silver at the 2009 American Culinary Federation; Silver at 2010 NICA International; 1st place at 6th International Ice Contest in Poznan, Poland. He has won numerous medals at the BP World Ice Art Championships.
In 2014, he represented the USA and Ice Alaska at the 2014 Winter Olympic Art Festival Ice Sculpting event in Sochi, Russia, winning a silver medal.
