Robert “Bobby Boucher” Elkins graduated from Baker College with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. His skill set is universal as a casino chef for several years including lots of work with cakes.

Robert has been carving ice since 2004. This year is his first time competing in the Ice Alaska World Ice Art Championships.
