Mr. Lalli Arnason, born in 1969, has been a Chef since 1999. He ha worked in multiple restaurants in Reykjavik, the country side and on sea for around 10 years before deciding to go to the University of Reykjavik to study business and he graduated in 2007 with B.SC. in business and logistics. Today Lalli works with Icelandair Technical Services maintaining around 35 aircrafts all around the world.

He participated in an Ice Carving competition in Greenland in 2000 where his team won 1st Place in the Artist Choice.
