Counting down to tomorrow……
At 8:00 AM February 14th, the horn will sound indicating the beginning of the Multi Block competition for 2022. The woods were eerily quiet today but filled to the brim with ice blocks. The sculptors are allowed at their sites to clean up and deliver tools, but no tools may touch the ice until tomorrow. Each multi block team consists of four carvers. The team has nine blocks with which to carve and five days to complete their sculpture. The height of the highest point of the sculpture must be equal to the minimum distance from the front of the sculpture to the front of the site where viewers can stand. The horn will blow at 9:00PM the evening of the 19th of February.
