Joseph Albertelli, Chef de Cuisine, and his Culinary Team are the driving force to bring upscale and trend setting cuisine to the Westchester Country Club.  Culinary trained under Chef Peter Timmins CMC and Chef Edward Leonard CMC.  Joe is passionate about Ice Carving and Culinary Competitions.  He has earned several medals.
